I had been to other physical therapists before coming here so I thought I knew what to expect. What I got was so much more than pain relief, proper lifting, better stretching techniques, and overall strength- what I finally got was a doctor and staff that cared about my well being. I wish all doctors and support teams were like Ryan and his team. The front office is so on top of it that you'll enjoy talking to them. The community that they've created here had me coming back long after my pain subsided. Ryan and the other therapists provided real life techniques to help me retrain my brain to avoid hurting my back again. I wish I had known about them before I had gotten hurt, because I'm positive I could have skipped it all together had I been  working with them on my form. Once I was better, I started doing the blood restriction exercises, HOT DAMN, that is hard but insanely productive when it came to results and strength.
