Very helpful staff. When you first arrive at the airport for pick up, you push a button to get an entrance ticket, at the end of your trip you pay. It's confusing to drive around to the terminals, but if you read before and plan ahead, you won't be driving in circles. Drive carefully! There's two different floors to pickup. There's a huge hotel right next to the airport. They have a 1 hour parking only in the very entrance of the parking building. The parking fees are so cheap. There's a "train/bus" to take you where you need to go but we didn't try it. To pay the ticket at the end you have to pay attention with what kind of payment you are going to pay the parking ticket. The different sections are so separated from each other. There's a section to pay with cash, another to pay with card and the other one you pass with the toll tag. Leaving the airport be careful where you exit cause there's about 3-4 exits to different freeways/highways.

Airport is fine. But security queues are longer, taking much time. May be both scanning lines should work at all times. Airport cleanliness is excellent. Wash rooms are also neat and clean. Shopping areas shops have good number of varieties available. Seats in waiting area are comfortable. Power points may be put in all seating lines.

Express parking a delight. Terminal D - very nice and new. Facility great shape. Restrooms are immaculate! Terminal A unpleasant. Nothing open at 4:45, Express South parking very problematic today. Shuttles in airport running up and down terminals with drivers yelling at Pedestrians to move.

Decent place for a layover, especially during winter. When flying coast to coast on carriers such as American where layovers would put you in Chicago or Dallas, this should be your pick, especially in winter. The train/monorail between terminals makes it easy to make connections, even when traveling between terminals. Additionally, the majority of the seating is comfortable and generally clean. Areas that are a bit older seem to currently be going through an update, but this hasn't had any effect on normal airport use. My only complaint is that food options at this airport are a bit limited and not well dispersed in all terminals.

Its one of the friendly airport and properly organized and the one that I have used the most. The signs for terminals and gates are correctly placed and self explanatory and safe except construction sometimes. There are trains inside to transfer between terminals once inside the security and also valet guys and very quick and professional. Its been easy driving in and out both north and south gate. There is gas station inside the airport property and lots of stalls and food courts inside security.
