The lady isn't rude in person if you're nice to her (remember what your mother told you about catching flies with honey) but she is a straight up b---- on the phone. I did not like that I couldn't see what she was doing with my credit card and ID because the tinted window she's behind is so dark she looks like the ghost from Haunted Mansion. I'll be monitoring my credit card statement for fraudulent charges. I don't trust the business to not write down my CC number and go on a shopping spree... KNOW BEFORE YOU SHOW UP: IF YOU PAY WITH CC YOU MUST HAVE $10 CASH OR THEY WON'T TAKE YOUR CARD AT ALL. I learned the hard way and had to leave, get cash, and come back.

I'm sides Mrs gale. The manager. The storage lady who sits in the booth. Rude and she has absolutely NO customer service experience!!! Just terrible!!!! I understand your doing your job. But all that Xtra stuff is unnecessary. And YOU HAD TWO ...other customers sitting outside waiting and she absolutely don't even care. That's just ridiculous...ik u doing your job..but all that tho...smh. wow...

Horrible towing company. They will take your cards if they don’t like you and then not return them with the paperwork. BE CAREFUL.

Whats the # for the tow service who took I won't know until I pay to get it out to dispute & reimburse I have pics its a good spot The lot had a knife in it May be some1 jack cars wth
