Be sure to take mace with you, as when you are in most of Steubenville.  I was there, and harassed on multiple occasions by drunks etc. One time two people had the drunk held down, cop came, he let the drunk get up, whom proceeded to come over and harass me, while the cop just watched. Only after I almost got assaulted by this guy, and a backup came, did the cop do anything besides watch.  So don't assume you are safe, even if a cop is at the place!  And Yes, the Pizza is cold and terrible sometimes.  Its a hit miss thing.  Well, still the same town, new owner toook over, Pizza was real good once, then flopped the next. Sooo who knows.  Still a dangerous town. They should have moved into wintersville, they keep the riff raff out.   Also of note 
Santina's Pizza over in follansbee, they are burried behind burger king over there, hard to see, but if you like FRESH they have the freshest ingredients I've ever tasted.  Also very clean.  They take a lot of price in their place.  And, no crime, safe area. Ate there again last night, pizza was crappy. No customers

First time having pizza from here since ownership changed.  Excellent!    Also very clean.  Will definitely recommend to others.

Had the best pizza at the DiCarlos in Wellsburg and was expecting the same quality here...not the case!  This pizza was terrible...looked as if the cook just last minute dumped the cheese on top...wasn't even melted!  How this place was packed with people coming and going is a mystery!

A cornerstone of the DiCarlo's empire. I favor this location for the subtle difference in the crust, not too thick, not too thin, crispy with a nice chew. The sauce is great and they tend to spread just a little more here than some of the other valley locations.

Under new management. Quality of pizza is 100% better. Definitely must give a try... you won't be disappointed. No delivery and cash only.
