Diablo Burger is an Arizona, local foods-based, burger joint.

All of our burgers are made from 100% local, grass-fed, open range-raised, antibiotic-free and growth-hormone-free beef from the ranches of the Diablo Trust, whose award-winning land stewardship produces burgers that allow us to say "this is landscape-scale conservation that you can taste."

We actively partner with local farmers, ranchers, bakers, cheese-makers, brewers, vintners, and other producers to source as much as we possibly can from within a 250-mile radius - our definition of food-shed here in Arizona.

While that may sound like we are trying hard to be noble, for us it is really about being tasty and true to place. We want to enhance the connection between community and ecology through gastronomy - which is just a fancy word for cheeseburger.

Some of the best burgers in the state! Locally sourced ingredients and always a smile for every customer make this place number one on my burger list for Flagstaff. Definitely check this place out, the blackboard by the register always has something new and it has always (thus far) been excellent. Keep up the great work Diablo, and keep doing good!

People either love or hate this place. It is a high quality but unusual burger on an english muffin type bun. There are unusual toppings like curry available- but they won’t give you american cheese. The fries are OK. Prices are comparable to casual dining. A friend told me “best burger ever”, but my kids don’t like it at all. My opinion is somewhere in between. The place is very small and you will have to share a table with other groups of customers. The upshot: give it a try, you won’t know if you love or hate it unless you try! But consider feeding your kids elsewhere...

Great English muffin look alike bun bugers! I love English muffins, so this was a must try! Good flavor meat, It's definitely different then the average burger. Very small inside. My fiance was more of a fan then I was, It must be more a man's kind of burger place ( It's a beer and burger taste buds place)

The place is small. Food was pretty above average. Paid 40 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 beers. Employees openly drinking on the job. Came for a burger that had excellent reviews but instead received a lecture on how we need to do the waiters’s job for them. Extremely disappointed. Food was above average but definitely not enough to make up for the horrifying experience of getting accused of stealing a burger.

Burger & fries were delicious (worth 4 stars), but the wait in line was pathetically slow & took nearly 20 minutes, and we were only 3rd in line! Food not so impressive that it'd be worth the wait again, hence my lesser rating. As we ate our meal at the counter, we sat & observed the staff, quickly realizing why the line was so long...they were very unorganized & ineffecient. Scenario: 5 people on: 1 @ register, 2 as spotters/drink & food runners, 2 as cooks in back. At least 3 of the 5 seemed to be high AF. The gal at the register kept leaving her post after each customer she rang up to go spot seats she had just checked moments ago, and/or to attend to a customers drink, when clearly there were already 2 others there to do that job. Kitchen got overwhelmed easily, so to her credit, cashier lady did seem to "stall" a bit when she finally took notice of this happening. To be honest, IMO there is no reason why a commercial kitchen should get "overwhelmed" when it's a small burger joint, not quite full to capacity & with only 20 people in line. Take out orders were calling in, and staff was telling callers they were "slammed", and that orders would likely take 1-1 1/2 hours! So ridiculous!! But, based on the rate of things had been moving, that would've probably been a pretty accurate estimate, sadly.
