They left my 83 year old parents outside in 33 degrees for an hour after repeated calls to dispatch. My parents kept being told it was on the way.  The driver was very nice. It wasn’t his fault. This is the 2nd time they were over 15 minutes late for a ride booked in advance.

Terrible experience.  They wanted my 90 year old grandma to wait outside and be ready at 2:15 to take her to her doctors appointment.  She sat in her wheelchair for 45 minutes waiting for them.  We called at a 1/4 to three and they reassured us they were on their way.  They didn't show and we had to put her on the car to take her to get her to her appointment and we were still wait.  At 5:00 they called to tell us they were outside waiting to pick her up.  They were almost three hours late!  I would never recommend them and it's sad how inconsiderate they were when talking o them

So rude. I was accused by a driver of taking money away from his children... Because I didn't want to wait 3X longer then what I was told... Very unprofessional and completely uncalled for.

All I did was start walking home after my 10 min wait turned into a 30 min wait....

Megan picked me up in 6min the dispatcher said 15min! My driver Megan was very informative and friendly!!

Open 24 hours! They don't close at 8pm!!

If you need a ride used local business please Uber doesn't really do it you don't know who you're getting these guys have been vetted out and you have to go through a huge process to be a driver with them they know the place they know where you're going and services incredible
