Your bus system needs to be reexamined. It is not customer good. I've run it enough times and it sucks. I would suggest you talk to benzie county, review, and talk to the people, seniors, all the people of this county for feedback. Cause although I like and love all the drivers. Your company is lacking severely or behind in how you handle progress in this town. N now without olsens. we have to all go shopping at either meijers or family fare. fine. going shopping on the bus to family fare or meijers is pretty much a two hour ordeal. Oh wait If I want to go to the market for a quick purchase. two hour affair. i would rather pay cab 3.50 then wait for an hour for a bus. as seniors without wheels. you dial a ride need to step up and start accommodating out seniors and disabled. I live with both and as a senior, not having the energy to sit outside waiting an hour for a bus for a nice trip to taco or kfc is satisfying. we as seniors, some of us would like a little appreciation. The last town I lived in had bus availability every 15 mins. Don't expect that. but get on board with progress. help your non driving ppl get transport in town.Some of us want life after 5. some of us want to get it all down in less time. Some of us believe move it or lose it. that means not standing around for an hour for a bus between each errand. Also consider benzie county idea for seniors. go to county on aging. get passes for punches. I already spoke with your senior center. we have to buy the tickets and take our receipt in and wait for reimbursement. again talk to benzie county. less fuss for seniors. Manistee I suggest you talk to fellow michiganders and get it all together if you really want to help your seniors.

I would leave no stars if the system let me. So rude Everytime to me. I don't get it. Will be making other arrangements for my son to get back and forth.

Poor coustermer service would rather let someone walk in the cold then except money on drop off needs new management
