This was the worst cleaners that I could have taken clothes to. 1) I received my clothes back destroyed and the guy continue to say that my shirt was already damaged. This shirt was just purchased new from Macy's and was not damaged when it was given to Dial Cleaners. When the worker gave my shirt back it was discolored and one sleeve had a hole in it. 2) Customer service should have been the #1 priority regarding this issue. However, I was told that I do not need to bring my clothes back there for dry cleaning. I normally do not write on websites regarding bad experiences, but this was outrageous. If I could give this business NO stars this is exactly what I would give. Please beware of this dry-cleaning company. (DIAL CLEANERS in Upper Marlboro, MD)
