DO NOT USE DIAL ROOFING! They are scamming the general public. They generate about $6,000 annually and then mysteriously disappear. They have no physical address. Their work is sloppy. They are not professional and know very little about SBS roofing or very little about rubber roofs. The equipment they use is borrowed. The material they use is extra material from other jobs. They have gone out of business more than once. Forget about any warrantee they may offer. They won't be around. The jobs they do are not complete. The salesman pretends to know rubber roofs and is condescending when you ask questions about how the job can be performed. References are non existent. The website is complete fabrication.
