Unfortunately, I have been beleaguered by an ongoing dental issue since December.  A cascade of medical events unfolded secondary to an infection from a molar that I subsequently lost.  While under the care of Diamond Bar Dental, I was treated with the utmost care, concern, respect, and tolerance.  I mention tolerance as most of my visits I was an unhappy face walking through their door secondary to unresolved dental issue compounded by intense pain.  DB dental are my new heroes.  Everyone, literally everyone, in their staff saw me through this unpleasant time to a successful resolution.  I might mention that to be seen by this Dental group I must make a five hour drive hence my commitment and loyalty to this dental team. I have been coming to Diamond Bar Dental for the past 5yrs and every time I come I have such a great experience. Dr. John and Dr. Fajardo are amazing. They are very gentle and super informative. Also the girls in the front Whitney and Lauren are fabulous at what they do. They make you feel so welcomed that you forget your in a dental office. The staff all round is amazing that I look forward to my appointments.

Great experience. Staff super pleasant - every step, including costs and verification with my insurer, covered in advance. Dr. Rachael was awesome - very patient, explaining her findings and showing photos so I could understand. I am in good hands here!

Dentists, Dr. John and Dr. Fajardo are the BEST dentists in the Diamond Bar area !  Their staff includes Whitney, office manager, Lauren, front desk, who explains all financial concerns, Rihanna and Vanessa, both dental assistants, and Leann,  dental hygienist.  The dentists and their staff work as an amazing team !   All are very caring, very understanding, professional, explain all dental procedures, very courteous, very accommodating, went “above and beyond “ for me, and gave EXCEPTIONAL patient care !!!  Highly recommend this dental office for all your dental issues and concerns.

Went in for my new crown and Dr Farjardo noticed it was not fitting as it should.  She immediately explained the problem and informed me that she would request another crown.  She is never half satisfied and always makes sure her work is perfect. Who could ask for a better dentist.
