Wonderful Bread. I have had three different kinds of the bread they make. Sour Dough , a walnut cranberry, and multi-gain. Wonderful bread that makes my mouth water ever time I toast it.

When our in-laws come down they have a shopping list for the rest of the family. Everyone up North loves Diamond city bread. They pick up 4-5 loaves and freeze the extras until they need them. They say it tastes great fresh and thawed.

The bread and staff are a blend of their own. The flavors and textures of the bread are as good the second day as the first. The staff especially Nicole put a piece of themselves into every bite and still have CX a chipper attitude at the end of the shift. Thank you all for what you do.
