I took my husband's pants to be cleaned and also to have a seam mended. In advance, I paid $15 for this. Diamond Cleaners lost the pants. They paid me for the pants, but refused to reimburse me the $15. The owner of the cleaners could not understand why I shouldn't have to pay for the cleaning and seamstress fee. It makes no sense to me that I should pay for a service I did not receive. There are cleaners on every corner in Naples. I would not use Diamond Cleaners.

I took a duvet into them. The cost was $50 and took a week.  It smells horrible now according to Google it is because they have old dirty filters.

Tried Diamond several times and they ruined several of my garments. Then they denied it once but ended up giving me a small credit. There are many better places in town. Try Tide their previous employee works there!

Best in town and they don't use harsh chemicals

Best Dry Cleaner. They do most of the designer shops work, Saks, too. So go and have a really professional job done for a fair price. Friendly professional and courteous service.
