I have been going to this place for a few years and I have never had problems with the services. Doctors and staff are polite and knowledgeable. Frankly I don't understand some of the derogatory comments in some of these posts! By the way, I love the brand new office. It is beautiful, modern and clean. I recommend them to everyone.

I recommend this office to everyone. Dr Dang is great. He explains everything he is going to do and always has your comfort in mind. The assistants and the staff are also very courteous and caring. I have Medi-cal and they have a plan that covers crowns and deep cleanings which are not normally covered. I got 3 crowns for only $150 each! My last dentist wanted $900 because Medi-cal doesn't cover crowns, so I saved alot of money. They are busy office but that's because every body goes there and gets good service, plus I wouldn't mind a little waiting if I am going to pay only $150 for a crown. My root canal was covered for free too! I give them 5 star!

I have had a great experience at diamond dental. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I signed up to recieve a text reminder for my apt. Which is great. I haven't had to wait longer that 10 minutes to be taken back. I liked the way I was treated so much I referred my dad and he is very happy with them as well .

There are multiple dentists here and I have only had an issue with one. I can't remember his name but I know he worked on Saturdays when I was a patient. Both of the teeth he worked on had issues. One was a chipped front tooth. He cleaned it out and filled it. I guess it wasn't cleaned out properly because there was still decay underneath which caused my filling to fall apart. My second tooth was a root canal on a molar. He did the root canal and I got a crown. The crown came off and when I went to get it put back on, I guess there is an infection near the top of where my root was. I don't think it was a coincidence that both of the teeth he worked on now have more issues than when I first came in. I took my business elsewhere and they have done a terrific job fixing the mess he created. Now onto the financial. I made the mistake of paying for my treatment plan in full on a care credit card. I had to quit my job due to health reasons and could no longer afford the payments. So I asked the financial worker if I could have all the work that had not been done yet taken off of the credit card, "Of course!" She says. She said it would take three weeks because they have to send it to their accountant. Three weeks later. Nothing. I try to contact her and it's impossible. I had to go in and talk to her. I go in and now they are trying to say they never refunded it. SO I decide if I'm paying for it I might as well get the work done I payed for. So I started to get more work done (which is when my teeth got messed up). Finally I just was finished dealing with their bs and took my losses and went elsewhere. Learned to never pay for work that hasn't been done yet. I guess that's a positive thing that happened. I have been getting some paperwork together to try and resolve it but at the time I was just completely over trying to work with them. Now onto their organization. I had two charts for some reason, and the dentists would get confused. I had to take x-rays multiple times because they lost them. One of the dentist said I had an extra wisdom tooth (I don't). They never really knew where I was at on my treatment plan because I would be tossed around from dentist to dentist with two charts floating around and who knows how many x-rays. I'll stop ranting now. Maybe my experience was just an unfortunate singular event. I was recommended to this dentist by a friend who says they are good. So there is the chance I'm just unlucky. But figured I should share so that people can see my experience to help balance their decision.

07/13/17 How do these charlatans have the money to move to a new (and probly nicer) office? When I first saw the Grape St office empty, I thought, "HOORAY! they have finally been unmasked as the thieves and incompetents that they are!" then I saw the 'we have moved' sign in the window. I cannot stress it enough: THESE PEOPLE ARE UNSCRUPULOUS, THIEVING SCAM ARTISTS. Plus, THEIR WORK SUCKS. I know this is a long review, so for those in a hurry, here's the punch line: THEY TRIED TO STEAL OVER $4000.00 FROM MY ELDERLY MOTHER. Even after delta Dental agreed with us, THEY WOULDN'T PAY IT BACK. thankfully, delta Dental did. Tie some string around your tooth and slam a door rather than go there. CRIMINALS. CROOKS! if you are not a patient, go somewhere else.if you are unfortunate enough to already be a patient, ask ANNA for an itemized statement of your account. then you should call your insurance company and verify with them what co-pay you SHOULD be paying for each procedure and compare it to what diamond dental has billed. my mother was charged $600 apiece for six crowns last year. found out from delta dental that the maximum co-pay on those crowns should have been $195 for the first five and $295 for the last one. of course, i never would have found out about that irregularity if they had given my mother back the money she overpaid. she gave them $6600 in cash up front for the six crowns. the work was finished in june of last year. in february of this year, she asked for that statement. according to THEIR statement that THEY gave her, she had a credit of $2600. when she called to request a refund of that money, she was told by ANNA that the statement was wrong. when i went to speak with ANNA about this face-to-face, she pointed to the SOLITARY payment from my mother's insurance that had been posted to her account and told me that it wasn't supposed to credit my mother's account. it was just a payment to them from delta dental. so, what they want us to believe is that my mother pays for insurance that DOESN'T SAVE HER ANY MONEY. does that make sense to anybody else? didn't think so. that's when i called delta dental and learned about the maximum co-pays. when i went back to speak with ANNA yet again (cuz you best believe you gotta stay on her or you won't hear anything from her ever again), she told me that the $405 difference between what my mother SHOULD have paid and what they charged her was LAB FEES. i'm sorry. i just don't believe a word that falls out of ANNA'S mouth any more. my mother is seventy years old. on a fixed income. currently battling CANCER, for pete's sake. between my mouth and hers, she gave them almost ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS last year. that is a considerable amount of money for her. and now they refuse to refund the money that THEIR ACCOUNTING says they owe. using the co-pays delta dental gave me, they owe her $4300! WHO DOES THIS?
