We do change batteries in all kinds of watches, just to help out our customers, for $10.00 or less. Most places will not and you have to send them back to the original manufacturer, which can be expensive. So don't let one person's bad experience cost you more money. Diamond Design also explains to our customers that if we open the back of your watch it is no longer waterproof. But some people don't listen.

I bought a ring from them every little while the small stones would fall out he did fix it but careful cause they don’t want to honor their buy back policy when I finally decided to sale it back cause it was to much to keep up

Dropped my engagement ring off to be resized, got I back the next day and was the cheapest place around!

Got my waterproof G-Shock battery changed at this location. Watch never had any problems or leaks. After using this place and swimming with it my entire watch is flooded with water and ruined. This place obviously doesn't know how to reseal or put watches back properly. You shouldnt accept to change watch batteries if you don't know how to properly change the battery in a waterproof watch. Avoid this place!
