I brought a truck from a family friend who purchased the vehicle from them the vehicle was paid in full yet they refused to release paperwork saying that their interest in the vehicle was satisfied which cause me problems registering it. Now I have a title for a 1997 vehicle that has a lienholder on although the vehicle 19yrs old and I purchased the vehicle in 2009.

The worst finance company in the world, They tow you after 1 missed payment. They are bad with communication. Their employees are very ghetto & unprofessional, especially the one named Julia. I don't recommend this finance company to anyone ! I recommend that you report them to the Better Business Bureau !

Stay away from that place. My car just got repo'd this morning after being 16 days late on my payment, first Ms Bailey told me that they repossessed my car because of a dwi charge and that the court want me to surrender my car, I went to the court and that wasn't the case. The court told me they're not taking my car, I called her back and she said it doesn't matter u have to pay the whole remainder balance on the car, I told her I wasn't able to that. But I can pay the amount do and whatever towing fees and repo fees, she said I can't help u, u have 10 days to pay the whole amount or car will be sold at auction after 10 days, I made 29 payments out 36 payments already

they suck, the worst finance company ever. they told me I can make my payments at the car dealer where I bought the car from. Then they started charging late fees because the car dealer, Cypress Motors, wouldn't pay the Finance company on time. Diamond Finance is just a mess. & on top of that, they have chicken heads answering the phones. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT FINANCE A CAR THROUGH DIAMOND FINANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
