Staff very helpful, assisted me in finding exactly what I needed....have to admit, I tried Home Depot first but couldn't get any staff to help me....I'll definitely return to Diamond because the staff took the time to help me!

Friendly staff to help find items. Stock can be a bit limited on some items. Prices are sometime lower then other stores on certain items and higher on others. Overall a good place for home improvement and gardening supplies, without having to go very far into town. Also, free popcorn in nice.

Very helpful. I brought a picture on my phone to explain what our problem was. Diamond was recommended by locals.

Had a pleasant experience. Great customer service, except for the cashier when we checked out. Her attitude gotta gooooo.

I mostly shop here when I need to get gardening supplies quick bc they ard the only location at the north end of Grants Pass.  But selection can be limited sometimes. However, the staff is great and I usually get what I need even if I have to settle a bit. Their prices are competitive.  I like the staff a lot.
