diamond j doesn't stand behind there products. recently had a bad load of concrete,  even the manager admitted fault but stopped short of fixing the problem.  the driver was new and made several mistakes, didn't leave the drum moving on the way to the plant to the church cusing the load to start setting, wasn't familiar with the truck nor how to operate and including slipping out of 1st into reverse and throwing the truck and chute into me and pining myself  between the chute and a wall causing a minor injury to back. i am more concerned with the 10 yards of bad concrete that was poured. repeated attempts to contact diamond j directly where unsuccessful and rather the same manager told me the owner  told him its not there problem.  being the funds where raised for a nonprofit church, including thru money saved from my va disability by making personal sacrifices, including volunteering my time, there's no  way to remove the 10 yards and replace it at this point,  except for prayer and having faith in the lord.  i am no longer going to refer diamond j nor contract with them.
