Diamond Nails & Spa is a top quality nail salon.  I have been going there for many years and have always received great service and the nail techs are wonderful.  Owners are great also!

I got a gift card to get a manicure for my birthday. I saved it for the day I had a black and white dance to go to. I made the appointment a week in advanced. I even called the morning of to make sure it was the right time. When I came in they seemed to be confused as to who was doing my nails. There was a crying child running around and they don't speak thorough English. While she was doing my nails she was on the phone and was rushing through. She did not take her time to shape them and my nails look like a child did them not a professional! I will probably go home and do them myself. I am glad I did not pay but I feel my gift was a waste.

Decided to treat myself to a pedicure and went to diamond nails. I consider nail spa visits pampering time,  time to relax and luxuriate. Instead, there was a toddler there belonging to either the owner or one of the employees.   The child was quite noisy and required a lot of attention from various employees, and some of the customers joining in.  I love children, but I did not think a nail spa was the place  to bring a noisy toddler.  It was a very disappointing experience for me, no opportunity to relax. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.

I absolutely love this place. Staff is excellent and never have a long wait. Love love love!!
