I bought a replacement belt for my dryer and attempted to return it 5 days later with the receipt.  I needed a nut for the pulley instead.  However the plastic was torn open.  So I was informed that I couldn't return the belt because it was open.  There is no policy stated nor anything likewise on the receipt.  I was also told that no one opens a product before disassembling and additionally if someone were to buy it they'll see it was open and parts could be missing....excuse me!? It is "a" belt!!! 1 belt, 1 for 1!!! Completely unprofessional and ignorant

I called Diamond Supply to order a replacement top (cracked) for a Jenn-air stove.  It took three weeks and repeated calls to get the replacement top delivered and installed.  The communication was poor at best.  On the day the top was (finally) scheduled to be installed, the installer did not turn up until 6PM.  The installer did install the top correctly, but overall the total time taken from initial request, combined with the poor communication, means I will not deal with Diamond Supply again.
