Not sure what happened here. Been coming to this book store for years. This holiday they've hired the most obnoxious staff you could ever encounter. When I asked a woman if she could help me she pursed her lips and frowned. Then she huffed when I told her the name of the book. She walked away from me mid sentence and when I found her assisting another customer she rudely barked that they had sold all the copies of that book. When I finally did make a purchase the woman at the counter was chatting away. I stood there for five minutes before she turned to me and said "Well, you ready or not." Really? Is that how you treat customers? I know its the holidays but remember that you are in a customer service industry. I don't care how snooty Greenwich may be. I drive in from the city to come here because I love their selection, but I'll be sure not to waste my time or money anymore.

Diane was very helpful and recommended my favorite book just based on my browsing. Other customers were also very friendly. Definitely a must stop if you are in Greenwich Ct.
