When we hired Suzie & Ed to represent us in selling our home in Point Pleasant, NJ this turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Suzie & Ed work well together and their individual strengths are what has made them successful in getting homes sold. Both are always upfront and honest and have strong communication skills. Back in 2013 our home sold in 3 weeks, which is all because of Suzie & Ed's knowledge in the Real Estate Market.
First and foremost our sincerest gratitude for being more than professional in handling our closing. We purchased our dream home in Point Pleasant - Ed and Suzie met us on a moment's notice to see the property - I am in the title end of the real estate business and my own purchase took a back seat to my work - Ed - knowing that - took the wheel with gentle reminders about the next steps. This property, although needing TLC, will be the home our dreams - Ed and my husband Mark were able to envision the finished product, mine a bit cloudy - Ed saw and felt that from a personal and professional level and brought our offer to the closing table. We have now closed , and we are not forgotten , Ed and Suzie continue to keep in touch - we will do the same as we create our beach cottage retreat in the Bay Head Shores neighborhood in Point Pleasant. Ed is the consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable of the sales and rental markets. His updates and follow ups set him way above his competition. He brings me the most wonderful tenants and is always there to assist when any issues arise. I feel safe and can rest easy, knowing that my rental property Is in his care. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly, Ed is the best in town!!
Ed has been very helpful and instrumental in the process of buying our new home. The situation with the seller was a little complex but Ed was very patient and supportive to work out solutions to the issues. Aside from our successful process, Ed gets good credit for a lot of references provided to us related to local services.
I’ve been working with Ed for several years to rent vacation properties in Bay Head. I’ve also been casually looking for my own home in the area. He has always been a pleasure to work with. He is always attentive and prompt with responses on anything I need. I mentioned my family members were looking for a rental and he immediately came up with a rental house that they love and are renting again this year. I can’t say enough great things about Ed! like one of the other reviewers said, if I could give him six stars I would!!
Ed and Suzie were amazing. It was emotional for my mom selling her house after 50 years and Ed and Suzie were super nice, patient and empathetic and helped us through the whole process. The house sold quickly when we were finally ready and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
Being from out of the area, we were referred to Ed O'Malley by the local Chris Craft dealer, and then had two sets of close friends in the Bay Head - Manasquan area concur that he was by far the very best realtor to work with in the area. With the tight real estate market and limited listings in Bay Head, Ed secured us a summer rental and continued his diligent search for our summer home. After working on our behalf for almost a year, with several showings and an offer that was not accepted along the way, Ed worked tirelessly to find a residence that checked all of our boxes, and we ultimately made an offer that was accepted by the seller. Ed then provided outstanding guidance by providing several options which helped us select a local attorney and the best inspectors in the area. Ed also provided us with ongoing support between the time we made the offer and closing, so that nothing slipped through the cracks. We have also closed on two residences outside of the Bay Head area in the last year, and Ed's service and support was the best by far! Amazing knowledge of the market, a committment to his clients that's off the charts, and great communication skills and follow-up. We'd give 6 stars if we could!
