DiBella's Henrietta is the best! The shift manager and staff are truly caring and do an excellent job. The food is excellent! Best subs and best service! I visited in 11/29 in the evening and there was an unusual occurrence that they handled splendidly, all while maintaining the quality of food and service for the rest of the customers. Great job all around!
Subs are fresh but noticeably less full since last time we were here. 30$ for two half subs and some drinks. Nice people, good service, but less for the money than you'd want or expect.<b>Food</b>: 3/5
Off the bat: the employees are awesome. I've been here a few times and while the subs aren't my favorite I'll get to why the people there are chill as hell and I love it. As for the subs, they're solid sandwiches for sure, my issue is every time I go this distribution of stuff on the sandwich is always super sectioned. Like one side of the sandwich is all lettuce and veggies, the other side is all the meat. This sounds like something super stupid to complain about but it's always been incredibly sectioned to the point where it's less enjoyable to eat. This also seems to be a problem I deal with primarily here and nowhere else I go. I go to a lot of sandwich shops nearby. Other than this though the sandwich is solid and they seem to use quality ingredients. At least compared to some of the restaurants I've worked in.
Disappointing again, almost nothing on the sub and prices are stupid high. Service was great and friendly, quick and the store was clean, but the actual sub was sad. Pretty nice cheeses but not much of anything else even on the sub, paper thin tomatoes, two onion slice strands for a 10" sub? Asked for extra lettuce and I think there was only a few little pieces there, I just dont understand why this is so stripped bare. This is a bad joke, as bad or worse than Wegmans and I wont go back. Vegetarian options: Wonderful cheeses and fresh ingredients but very difficult to have enough put on the sub, its like only meats are piled high, but a vegetarian walks out with a sub that looks like its filled with 4 paper stickers of ingredients instead of thick with lettuce and tomatoes. Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff and clean place, roomy for kids in the booths too. Parking: Plenty of parking and easy entrance with doors on each end of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Behind a wheelchair user and seemed easy for them to navigate and the staff was excellent in helping them out.
Young man that took our order was very friendly. The price increase since the last time I was here is significant. That being said, I should have had more than one slice of tomato on my sub. The dressing was scarce as well. Less sub for more money. I understand the price increase but not when the product isn't up to previous standards. Took a very long time to get it also.
The employees never take off their gloves. They take orders, cash out, walk around restock, go in and out the back.......then go to touching/making food with the same gloves on the entire time. Very friendly, just gross
Nope never AGAIN.. ill stick with pellegrino's or wegmans subs heck i rather get a sub from a arab at a corner store to be honest.
We haven’t been here In a while and it was disappointing. The customer service was great but the subs were below par and missing some of the toppings, and stingy with the toppings they did have. I usually love dibellas but today made me wish we went to Wegmans.
There is no other. DeBella's Subs are THE best in Rochester. There are no others that come close. Great roll, great quality rolls. I use the app, how easy can it get?
DiBella’s really has their act together. The folks that work their are friendly and efficient. Their subs are just delicious.
