I called this firm the night before my arraignment after still feeling uneasy with the advice i had gotten from other lawyers. I received an immediate call back and some helpful advice. Tom DiCaudo set up a consultation with me at my earliest convenience. From the first time we spoke i knew i was in good hands! He handled my case wonderfully, as well as kept me well informed and at ease throughout the whole ordeal.  I have and will  recommend Tom and this team to anyone seeking legal advice!

I found Mr. DiCaudo through a Google search and met with him on a Sunday. He was very considerate and genuinely interested in defending a friend of mine. He was really clear on his defense strategy and the potential hurdles he may have encountered, but he delivered perfectly what he said would. My friend who had never had a prior record was looking at a potential OVI, but Mr. DiCaudo was able to get the case substantially reduced to a controlled substance violation. I would have to say that his defense is worth every penny if you are looking for quick and effective results. Thank you so much Tom!

I had two felonies and a boat load of misdemeanors.Tom Dicaudo had everything reduced and time served .I highly recommend  him and his firm for all your legal needs.
