The lady who took care of us was extremely helpful and accommodating. Provided excellent service in fitting my son with wrestling shoes and was very friendly the whole time. As a wrestling coach I will definitely recommend any parents to go to this location. I've been buying wrestling shoes there for 4 years and always get excellent service. Thank you.

They have the treadmill and camera to show your gate. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me get the right size and style running shoe.

Received expert advice from Caroline on my shoes. No pressure to buy the shoes or accessories. In fact, she gave me a pair of socks with my new well-fitted shoes. And even though I am out of state, I will return to Dick Ponds, my new shoe home
