These guys are great. In December the wind took part of my roof fascia off, and it was just flapping and banging against my house. Dick's came out and assessed the damage, and gave me a very reasonable quote to re-attach it. They came out when I was at work, and mailed the quote to me. I called them back, accepted the quote, and they came out again when I was at work, re-atached the fascia, and mailed the invoice to me. The price was exactly as quoted. It doesn't get any more straightforward or convenient. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a complete tear off and a b vent put in.  Roof looks awesome.  B vent is great as now we do not have our ugly chimney to look at anymore.  Job was done quickly and looks beautiful.  Clean up was perfect also.  Highly recommend.

They were prompt in providing a quote, they were there on my first preferred date, the work was done quickly and professionally and they came in under the estimate.  This was an outstanding experience.  Thank you!

Wish I could have given 4 or 5 stars, as overall the job was done quickly and well, but there was a miscommunication (or none) about a downspout off my (already replaced) flat roof that goes into my gutters. My request was to have "shingle roof and all gutters and downspouts replaced" -- apparently this didn't include the gutter piece coming off of my flat roof (I did not know this, nor was this explained to me), so after nearly $6,000 in work, I still have a leaky gutter that runs down my house and therefore I still have a problem. I've asked for a quote for the additional work and still haven't gotten a response, despite starting the request in the fall and calling 2x. The communication I have had about this (I did get him on the phone 2x, but no quote yet), has been borderline hostile, with him hastily explaining that it was "not part of the scope of work". I am not only a homeowner but a realtor, and I'd likely not recommend Dick's because of this experience. Unfortunate.
