Talk about customer service there their customer service there sucks they have no customer service there. The store manager he's an idiot. If you want a good store to go to go to Queensbury or the one down in Latham Saratoga store is terrible

Spent an hour picking things out and trying them on. When ringing items out they weren't ringing correctly and they wouldn't honor the tag that was on the items. One skirt was clearances to 39.99 with a pink dot( additional 75%off). It rang up at 49.99 so they said they would honor the $39.99 but not the additional discount. 😡  I told them to keep the entire order and walked out! Horrible customer service!!!!

This store sucks. We went in to purchase two kayaks and all set ups roof rack etc you  name it . Not one person on the floor to help us. I've Never seen anything like it. I wasn't alone there were so many others walking in circles looking for someone to help them also.  We'll take our money elsewhere.  Won't be surprised if this one shuts down in the future. What a waste!!!

I have spent literally $15-18k in the firearms department here over the past 4-5 years. Between new hunting rifles and ammunition. I will not spend another dime in this store. Eric in the firearms department is extremely condescending and abrasive. There is no need to be disrespectful. I simply asked to look at the catalog to potentially order a left handed rifle. I don't need a lecture on how I should just learn to shoot right handed.
