I went to the store to buy 3 adult football helmets to matched the ones from our team.  I brought one of our helmets in with me and told the associate that I needed 3 of this exact helmet and face mask.  She told me that they did not have them in stock but she assured me that she could order the exact helmets for me.  She ordered them.  I then received an email from Dick's verifying my order.  Well, she had ordered the wrong helmets.  I called the customer service number on the email.  That associate told me that the helmets have not been shipped but I could not cancel the order.  She said that I had to wait for delivery and then take them back to the store for a refund.  So I'm out $750+ until they arrive and I drive them back to the store.

Went to this specific location because online the item I needed was listed as available at the store. Could not find it anywhere. Asked for help from an associate. They never showed. Ask for help again. Someone showed this time but did not know the merchandise. Needed a different item. No price listed. Waited in a really long line only to find out it was really overpriced. Whole trip was a terrible waste of time. This is why I shop online.

They definitely are catering to golf at this one. I was looking for sunscreen as I thought they would have it but did not see it. I also did not see anything else that fabulous in the store that was calling to me nor did anyone else ask if I needed anything. I suppose it works if you need something specific and you are good at finding it yourself.
