Very very very poor service.. I won't recommend this place to get fixed your bike even if you got your warranty... I'm so disappointed to the staff, not cool at all. Waste you time.. I won't going back again..

We had a mix up with an order and the staff led by Daryl went above and beyond the norm to take care of the issue. Excellent customer service at Dick's Sporting Goods.

The gun counter is horribly understaffed and the most of the people who do work it don't know much about firearms. But they have the best prices in the AV for long guns and they're even cheaper than the gun store at Edwards AFB which doesn't change sales tax. They may not know too much about guns but they always handle them safely and they're happy to show you any of the guns on the rack.

Recheck you pricing. They don't Honor their prices marked on the shelf and I was wrong for being a customer.

They have sales quite often and customer service is about average overall their prices are a little upscale but not by much for athletic items; soccer balls, golf balls, basebats they are a little cheaper than the clothing.
