I'm kind of mixed on this review.  Holiday shopping, I was greeted on the way in the door and directed to the archery area so all was going well.  Once you get out of the main isles, it becomes quite cramped and a little jumbled.  The arrows I was looking at didn't have a price and I was unable to track down help that knew anything about the archery section.  I looked them up online but they didn't have a listing for the individual arrows.  Prices on the shelf didn't match the items above it...wound up grabbing a handful of arrows to be done with it. Price wound up "reasonable." Cashier was courteous and checkout was quick... I've had better luck at the one in Brier Creek, it's just so far away that I came to this one.

Non existent customer service. I walked the entire store looking for 3 different items. No one remotely seemed interested enough or was available to ask for assistance. Finally when I checked out with the one item I was able to find, the cashier taking my money asked the usual"did I find what I needed".

Decent store and location. Two people were pleasantly helpful...was there to buy a support brace for my elbow. Ended up in the golf section looking for a possible replacement driver. Was there at least 30-40 minute's browsing and wanting to possible demo a couple different drivers. The guy(sales person) never acknowledged me! Not even after he was busy demoing his own clubs. Had my eyes on a couple different demos a decent prices plus pretty good discounts on top of sale price. I'll just keep shopping but not there. Too bad. I was disappointed.
