I agree with a lot of reviews here. We like the store and the selection they offer but it's really hard to find someone if you need help. This is especially the case in the shoe section. Especially if they're busy. Shopping for shoes there is not a quick experience. The employees are trying really hard but running back and forth from the back room to the customer is inconvenient for all.

Well after reading all the reviews on customer service they weren't wrong. There is none. No one around to help and the one employee I did pass looked away trying to ignore me like he didn't want to help. You are in customer service that is your job to help people. If you don't like it I suggest finding a new job. Disappointing. Hurry up and open Scheels.

Not impressed. Lot of employee's standing around talking to each other. Made asking for help uncomfortable.

I walked in while it was really quiet and was greeted by 5 staff chatting up at the registers. I wandered around without help for a good 25 minutes. Never saw a staff member. Got frustrated, started out, at the door someone finally asked if I needed help. I told them (5 staff were still hanging out up at the registers, no customers!): "I wish someone had asked while I was wandering around, I'm done." The Manager (at least he was acting like he was) just shrugged his shoulders. Not even an apology. 

If a store has this kind of crappy service, why go in there? I get better service on-line from Amazon. No wonder big sports stores like Dick's and Sports Authority have trouble being successful. Go to a small store if you live in Greeley like Big 5. They always try to help.
