Pretty much your one stop shop for anything sports or outdoor related.  This is one of the few choices in this are for all your sporting good needs.  Hopefully this store brings people in and helps to revive a once thriving mall.

Worst customer service ever.  I needed to exchange a size medium shorts, brand new with tags and Dick's price tag, for a large.  I was told I had to pay 10$ to make an even exchange for an identical item.

One of the least professional customer service experiences of my life. 

There was a sign that an item was on sale, when I got to the register the cashier said it was the higher price. They radioed back to the dept to check on the sign and they didn't say yes or no that it was there. By the time I walked back there they had removed it and swore up and down that it was never there. I asked my wife and she said the sign was there earlier too. They removed it and then acted like I was seeing things.

  I honestly would have still bought the shoes if they were honest and just told me they accidently left the sign up and it was wrong instead of lying.

This place SUCKS! Took forever to get assistance then when we finally did get someone to come they acted as if we were bothering them. Will NEVER spend a single dime at this location. The name of the stores tells you EVERYTHING that you need to know about the help.
