The salesperson in shoes helped us figure out which shoe was best and recommended shoe lace replacements that will help for those who may have arthritis

This place is terrible. I've been walking around for 10 minutes looking for someone besides the cashier. The only other people I have seen are also looking for help. I'm here for a large purchase (inground basketball goal) and there is no one to help. I have usually had a great experience at other Dick's Sporting, but this place doesn't deserve the name.

Great help, select and price. Got something for everyone.

Selection and price is what you'd expect. Few staff available to help, but that is relatively expected at a retailer like this. 

Signage is nearly nonexistent, so finding what you need can be confusing. 

Checkout was surprisingly slow.

Obviously it wasn't all bad, because they got the job done and I still feel it's worth 3 stars.
