Mr. Dick was very straightforward with us, he came in hard and sold us that insurance very quickly. No one was expecting such passion and explosions in his insurance policies. Thank you Mr Dick, you will be missed.RIP

Dick Valentine and his agency always have a smile on their faces and are extremely welcoming whenever I walk in the door. When I call the office, they promptly answer the phone and quickly help answer the questions I had. I enjoy talking to each of the staff members and it feels great to know your State Farm Agent genuinely cares about you. The service and attitude at this office can't be beat anywhere else!

I would highly recommend visiting the Dick Valentine State Farm Agency next time you are in need of some insurance. The staff is very friendly and always provides excellent customer service. They take pride in making the customer feel comfortable and listen to any concerns you have. You will be leaving will all your questions answered and feeling confident about the insurance you are receiving.

They messed up my insurance twice and refused to refund me my money. I can't recommend using this locations agents.
