Service is great. The restaurant is clean and organized as well. I had the ribs and brisket plate with two sides (Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Food was ok. The brisket and one were lacking flavor and was rather bland. Mac and cheese was good and they also give you a free soft serve cone! I'm willing to try this place again but the BBQ game needs to be stepped up!

Tried it for the first time today. Brisket sandwich was good. Employees a little lost about what to do. The place has potential but needs better management to make a go of it
Hope it survives because it is hard to find bbq brisket

My experience at Dickeys was exceptional. The service was great and the cashier (Azzy) is ALWAYS so sweet,friendly, and her smile brightens my day with each visit. Mr. Tony the manager is so down to earth and really aims to please his customers. If more places had employees like them maybe I would eat more at other places. My favorite things are ribs, loaded potato casserole, and green beans. I suggest you try this when you visit. Mmmmmm,Mmmmmm good.
