Dr. Sara is a very professional, kind individual. However, when I had the occasion to be in the hospital with pancreatitis, this practice became a liability. I never knew who was going to walk in my hospital room, there was no continuity and a number of times this cause confusion and put me at risk. I asked Dr. Sara about it and she attributes it to the benefits of a large group practice. If that's for you, then she's great. If you want to know who you'll be seeing and need some continuity, then it's not.

Doctor Hollander is excellent, always informative and has an amazing disposition. I do highly recommend him. However the low rating stems from the obscenly long wait time. I was in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen. You'll have better luck getting Cablevision to be punctual with their appointment.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hollander. Once you get past the impolite battle axe at the front desk, you will be greeted by top notch professionals for the rest of the journey.

I've been going to Dr. Sarah's office for at least three years now. I scheduled a colonoscopy a couple months ago, only to have it canceled on me two day's before the appointment. They say they no longer take my insurance. unbelievable. Dr. Sarah's staff is always rude as well.
