Not the fastest, not the slowest. Not the best. Definitely not the worst. Family friendly people. Hole in the wall treasures. These people are awesome and I love their $6 lunch specials! One of my favorite places to grab a bite for lunch.

We order from them a lot! The Bianca Pizza is amazing and so is everything else! The chocolate mouse desert is heaven and I keep coming back because the one time they made a mistake on our order they sent us new food and had the delivery driver bring it to our house even though the original order had been picked up by husband.
Their food is really good and their service is just as good! 
They will keep getting our business! 
Try the Garlic Parmesan Wings but get extra Garlic Parmesan in them! Super good!

This review is for the Lake Mary location. I placed my order of a bbq chicken pizza and garlic knots at around 4:30 pm. I called about 4-5 times to see when my pizza would be arriving and every single time I called i was told the driver was just now walking out for the past 2 hours I was told the same exact response. When I asked for the drivers number i called and he told me he was almost to my apartment. Called the pizza place again and asked for my drivers number in which this time I was given a different number to a different person. Overall the experience was so bad that I was coming to a conclusion that my pizza was never going to be delivered and that this was a scam. My pizza was cold. I got no refund. I called in to let them know they placed me on hold for about 45 mine while I could here them all taking in the background saying profanity and all types of vulgar statements. Never again.

Do not order from this place directly. Food is good, but it took 2.5 hours for them to eat a salad and sandwich to me during lunch time on a Sunday. Use Grub Hub to order because their delivery drivers are a lot better.

First time here.  It will be the last too.  Poor service.  Long wait.  Not clean.  Got he order wrong.  Didn't tell us that they were out of ingredients.  Then employees (maybe the owner as he was telling the employees "you work for me not me for you"), were dropping "F" bombs at each other in front of our children.  Then screaming at each other while we were walking out.  I would not recommend.
