This is an amazing branch. Everyone here is so helpful and try to go above and beyond to find a solution to your problem.
I see a lot of reviews were people are complaining  that they had to wait and the person was on her phone or whatever. Well ,yeah! People are being helped over the phone as well, maybe they're following up with other members..If someone has a car loan or mortgage do you think that will take 5 minutes?! 
If you don't like, don't go there. No one is forcing you to go!
When you walk in any banks or credit unions : BE patient! Staff is probably seeing thousands of members daily , they're trying their best.
If you're going to be a nice person you will get better results than being a repulsive one;)

I had the worst experience ever. I went in to try to open a new Account. No customers at all, just 1 person ahead of me, thry had approximately 5 Account managers sitting in their offices, I waited for about am hour and 10 mins still no help. I just had to leave. They say " you get what you pay for" free checking=poor service

A perfect 5 star.

They have a good parking. Their service at this location is super. Friendly staff. Cashier are pretty fast. They open on Saturdays.

They have a very good phone services if you are member. 

Easy to get an appointment 

Overall a happy 20+ visits to this place.

I've banked with DCU for years, and never had a bad experience. This branch is excellent, which means it's exactly what you should expect from DCU.
