I used to love DCU, being member for 4-5 years, until a recent event that occurred in their Lowell branch. I went over to this specific branch to simply get a plastic card replacement. I waited 30-40 minutes just for the member service representative to come out to tell me that their replacement card machine is broken.. Why not just tell me when I first signed in..? 
This branch is also very slow, there's always a long line, but I'm sure there's an explanation for this. I am definitely switching credit unions after this event.

Great local bank. They're always busy, but the tellers are fast and efficient, so you rarely have a wait. 

I have a business and personal account and DCU has been great for both accounts.

Horrible Customer Service in the Loans Dept. My sister and Nephew dealt with a woman last name Flood she declined my nephews app for a car loan due to 30 days on the job , I called her to ask a question as to why it was declined and she Stated that it was due to him only being at his job 1 month I asked if she knew he had a job for the last 2 years did she ask him before declining his loan she Stated to me she was to busy to answer my questions and hung up on me , I called back to ask her who her Manager was and said she was to busy with actual bank members I stated I was a member and sent them in and she said the Manager couldn't come to the phone , I guess this is how they treat customers , she didn't realise I was a DCU Member and treated me and my family like dirt , I will steer people away from this bank and let them know how Miss Flood treats and handles consumers that have questions..Rude behavior I honestly think she is in the wrong business.
