A great banking experience for me. I've definitely enjoyed other banks, especially those I'd been with prior where I got to know employees. My first bank was the now defunct Ben Franklin Bank back in the 90's. You knew everyone there, they knew you. That was nice, but the world got a whole lot bigger. I'm not in my bank. I need great online abilities and DCU is perfect, their app is fully formed too, not like some I've dealt with. Not to mention, while my coworkers get their direct deposit paychecks every Friday, I get mine every Thursday. They're quick!

Please try to fix the ATM in Franklin it's always broken. I spend 30 mns driving from Stoughton to Franklin, cause it's the only one we can do cash deposit option, always spend my time and gas for nothing. ALWAYS BROKEN.

Great staff but the ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN. I have never seen an ATM out of service so often. Very frustrating.

I belong to Bank of America for several years this is by far the best bank. I've ever been involved with. IF you cannot get online and you cannot remember your own pin that's your fault not the banks. IF your dealership loses loans to DCU. that's because the dealership you work for is ripping people off DC was given them a better rate. I don't see what it has to do with racism

This is literally the worst bank I have EVER had to deal with. I opened my account and few months ago. Sense then, my pin doesn't work, i can not get into online banking and no one seems to be able to help me. When I call to speak to a representative with any type of problem or questions, they tell me to go into a brach..... when I go to the branch like they told me to, the teller tells me to call for a representative.. I've been there for a month and a half and they already lost me. Will be switching banks soon.
