The first salesperson seemed tired and not at all helpful, then Rebecca Joiner came by and was not only interested in helping but found several pieces of clothing to help me find the perfect outfit. How refreshing to find a salesperson interested in sales! Also, kudos to Hannah in foundations who helped me  with great patience. The store itself is in bad need of renovation, but if the above mentioned staff make shopping a great experience.

Great store ..i always shop at dillards/ Dothan alabama..Some again .Some of the sales man not professional. Rude Not uducated .It's very sad. Its a beautiful store its a big Name .were is the Customer service ...

Bob helped me today.  He was very very helpful and nice in Dothan in the mens department...But....when I got theu checking lut there I went to mens shoe Department and thete were about 4 guys just stanting around talking not offering to help anyone.  I wondered why they were there if not to help customers.  I left and didnt buy any shoes.  So I give a 3 but a 10 to Bob.

I have personally shopped at Dillards in Dothan, Alabama for years!! I have spent countless amounts of dollars. This past Christmas, I purchased an MK Hamilton bag for $398. The bag is supposed to stand up straight, but after a couple of months is began to sink. My bag looks horrible!!!! I contacted MK customer service and was not given any help. I then returned to Dillards and spoke with the Store Manager, Paul who was absolutely NO help at all. He insulted me by offering me 10% off another purchase. I will never go back into Dillards to purchase another item! Bells will from now on be my place to shop! Shame on you Dillards Dothan...
