First, I watched a middle-aged male manager tell a female employee, "Now, go be a good girl and go hang that where customers will see it and buy it." Go be a good girl? Really, in 2017? Then that same guy tried to call me out as I was leaving the store and in an interrogating tone of voice, asked me where I had placed a couple of items I had tried on. As though I were doing what? I just told him I didn't have time for that sort of harassment and that we should either call the police or he should just stop trying to hold me up with his inappropriate line of questioning. I called the general manager later on that day and she did apologize, promising to talk to the guy. But I just won't go back there, and I really don't feel like shopping at any Dillards store now. Too bad, because I had shopped very often at Dillards until that time.

I had a poor experience here. I had an extremely rude manager burst into the ladies room with a crew of construction workers (unannounced). She opened my stall and they saw me in my underwear. She did not apologize and implied it was my fault for not locking a door that btw did not have a lock! I complained to Dillard's Corporate! You could only hear the "sounds of crickets". I tell everyone this story. It has been years since I shopped there! Will never go there again! Too many other great stores that actually appreciate my business!

I felt very uncomfortable shopping there since the moment I went to look at a Louis Vuitton backpack I got stares from employees as they judging me , wondering if I even had money to buy it

Upsetting and awkward experience with a return. Very condescending and rude. I also work in customer service and believe in the importance of treating customers with respect.

Worst experience ever came to look at baby's shoes an a olderly lady just keeped starting like if we where gonna steal never returning back to this Dillard's
