The main reason this store gets a 5 star from me is the amazing employees. I've bought some very nice purses here, and the lady who helped me out was not pushy at all! She let me try on every purse I was interested in and even told me what she thought worked best for me(she wasn't biased on prices, she was very genuine!) Another lady here helped me find my true bra size, and I will never be able to thank her enough! Dillard's is the ONLY place I can find it and they carry amazing brands! They may be a little pricier, but the quality in customer service is beyond what I would ever expect!

The Clinique Counter at Dillard's in the Eastland Mall has the most informed and professional staff. I feel welcomed each time I visit! Susan Birge has taught me how to use and reap the benefits of Clinique skin care.

My go to shop for purses as I love Brahmin and found my next great piece. They had bad computer issues so we had to run my purchase 4 times then I simply went cash. Their team was so great that I simply didn't mind.

Great place to shop designer brands. Sales people are not overly pushy. Don't really see the difference between them and macys honestly. Your typical department store nothing very special about it.
