Good customer service but I just can’t afford to shop here. The selection is a bit sparse compared to the other department stores.

The first. Sales associate that checked me out was not friendly & acted like she had a problem. The only thing that got Dillard's 3 stars was that the second associate was very cordial & helpful.

Cannot say enough great things about Dillards here at Hanes mall! The shoes employees are always always always super helpful and attentive. They know how to give personal space and they also know when to approach a customer. I also notice some of the same employees there over years time, so that speaks well for the management and who they hire. The cleanliness is always top notch as well, along with the fitting rooms very well maintained.

They are one of The few left that sells Aramis900 cologne. Excellent customer service and always a good sale!
