We cannot say enough good things about IANI! He was a huge resource for us throughout the whole process. Extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person. Iani was always available and his recommendations were on point. We were skeptical at the beginning with the rates and stuff but Iani induced confidence in us and made us feel very comfortable. The whole getting the loan process was very smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable. He kept his word all the way to the end and he found us the best available rate on the market with minimum effort. We strongly recommend Iani Varga and Dimension Mortgage!

It was a pleasure to work with Iani Varga and his team. As a first time home buyer, what would have been a difficult process was made super easy by the team at Dimension Mortgage. They were incredibly prompt in responding, providing a high level of professionalism, honesty, responsiveness and reassurances during the process. The loan got closed much sooner than I was expecting at an awesome interest rate. The total amount of $ that I finalized paying for the whole deal was much much much lower than I expected. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good job! I would do it again with them no doubt about it. Thank you for all the help, I LOVE my new HOME!!!!!

I got to Dimension Mortgage after speaking with a bunch of other companies that told me the deal could not be done. Iani and his team not only finalized it, but made the process a thousand times less daunting. They were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and thorough and guided me through the entire process so I felt confident and informed every step of the way. They were also excellent at staying in touch and returning phone calls and emails, and I was never left wondering what was next. They got me approved for a great interest rate, which left me even happier with the entire experience. A pleasure to work with this Chicago mortgage broker! I cannot recommend them enough!
