Today had been a great day, something super special to celebrate kind of day! So, to celebrate, we ordered in so I didn't have to cook!! Placed an order this evening through Dine in Delivery - Evansville and was missing part of it. So, I called to tell them. The lady on the phone was a bit rude and definitely not helpful, didn't even believe me that my order was wrong. Wanted me to send a screenshot, to her personal cell phone, of the correct order, and when I got on my account to take a screenshot of my correct order, the link to my order was gone! Convenient, right? So, we paid way too much to have food that was cold, not correct, and poor customer service on a night I thought I'd never forget! They will not ruin my day, but they sure ruined my celebration! Just be careful when you order from them, and if your order is wrong, don't waste your time calling! They don't care!

I've never had a complaint before, but tonight was above and beyond. I was starting to become concerned as the 1 hour mark approached, since they are never late, when a firefighter knocked on my door. My driver had been in an accident down the street but wanted to make sure I got my food before he went to the hospital. Couldn't salvage the crab rangoon, but I will definitely be ordering from DID again, and hopefully I will get a chance to double my driver's tip next time.

I don't care what any of these old reviews say, I love Dine In Delivery. I have gotten my food just a few minutes late before but stuff happens! You're getting food delivered from someone who may not live ANYWHERE close to where they need to pick food up from or deliver food to. Lets be real, Evansville traffic is always so ridiculous so cut the delivery driver a little slack if they're 10 - 15 minutes late. 2 hours is one thing but a few minutes should not matter that much. The food is always hot and fresh and the delivery drivers are always so awesome! I seriously cannot thank whoever came up with this enough!

I was a little worried after reading some of these reviews but the thought of having to leave the hotel again out weighed my worried thoughts. And I'm glad I didn't listen to some of these because this was the best thing. My food was hot, everything was there and it was relatively quick considering they did all the hard work. The best part I didn't have to go back out. Thank you for feeding me!

Good customer service, food always arrives slowly. Took an hour and a half last time. Neat idea, I just wish we it was quicker
