I would like to give Dingle and Kane 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for their impeccable service. Owning a business is stressful enough and when I requested for them to handle all of my taxes they were more than helpful. Jim has been very patient and informative with all of my inquiries. Thanks for the great service.

Dingle and Kane are great!! As a small business owner they make you feel as if you are their biggest client. That personal attention goes a long way in my book. They have a wonderful staff that is very helpful whenever i call for a question or a request, and i know personally that they are very active with giving back to the community and charity fundraisers. They are top notch people personally with a top notch business! Highly recommend them!

Fred Dingle is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever encountered in a professional context. He was very dismissive and spoke down to me using vulgar language to describe me as a person. The firm took three times as long to complete my returns as indicated. I also had to answer several phone calls to answer questions that I had answered during an in-person consultation. It was clear that there was no communication within the firm. I also suspect that they had forgotten about my return until I called in as after I called, my returns were complete in a few days. The return itself was adequate. I have met with two tax professionals since and both pointed out oddities in how the returns were filed. I had no information to provide as Fred did not take the time to review my returns with me and I had no interest in interacting with him. In addition, after interacting with other tax professionals, it was clear that this firm has a reputation for poor customer service despite no online reviews. The administrative staff is very friendly and polite. I enjoyed working with them and wished they worked at another firm. I wanted to post my experience for others. I think there are so many other CPAs available in this area that it's not worth interacting with this firm, especially Fred Dingle.
