I have worked for this company in Twin Cities MN. And if there is any company that knows how to treat their clients and independent contractors nicely this guys are your best bet. I am so excited that I found them in Dallas. Yay....🤑🤑🤑

Used to be good but so disappointed in this service tonight. Placed order at 7:15 p.m. Typically the expected delivery times appear on the screen but not tonight. Once I placed my order the expected delivery time said 10:45 p.m. - 11 p.m. I contacted customer service to make sure that was right and they said it was. 

Then at 10:15 I receive a voicemail that the driver got to the restaurant late so they could not delivery my order. I immediately call back (10:16) to change my order or see what could be done and there is not answer. 

I could have gone out and gotten my own food at this point. Thanks for nothing.

worst service ever.. never got my food.. 5 days to refund me.. no person to speak with. i was told their phones were down. i emailed, was that down too? customer service horrible. off my list

If I could give no star I would.  This is the absolute worst delivery service ever!  They continuously delay orders, don't communicate with the customer and employ the rudest of people.  Their customer service team goes to training and sleeps through it.  I cannot recommend this group to anyone.  Beware that when you order grub hub some restaurants use this inept delivery service.  They are horrible.

My order was running 30 minutes late, could not reach company in any capacity (all company numbers disconnected calls). After over and hour past the delivery window, canceled my order through GrubHub. 

Driver called 10 mins (2 hours and 20 mins after my order was placed) later because he couldn't find the apartment. Too late, my friend.
