Story

Two great Restaurants Side by Side in historic downtown Belleville. DINKEL'S has been in business since 1978. In summer the courtyard provides an oasis with it's fountain and lush plants, and great for al fresco dining. A mural of old Belleville covers the back wall of the restaurant. PAULO'S with it's large beams and exposed limestone wall and Tuscany warmth, has a wood-fired oven and you can observe your pizza being made fresh. The building was once used as a post office and upstairs you can still see one of the safes that was used.

Kitchen is open 7 days a week
11:30am to 9:30pm in the Summer

Dinkels Courtyard (outdoor) patio:
Kitchen is always open 7 days a week 11:30am - 9pm
Paulos menu upon request.

Dinkels restaurant (indoors):
Kitchen is open Tuesday - Saturday 5 pm to 9 pm

Dinkels is open 7 days for private functions from 2 to 150 Guests.
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, christening celebrations, bar & bat mitzvahs, retirements, have your ceremony inside our restaurant or in the beautiful courtyard by the fountain, cocktails reception or sit down dinner, rehearsal dinner or lunch, anniversaries and much more. If you have never been to Paulo's you're missing out! Staff is amazing and Paul knows how to treat his customers right.

Convenient downtown location. Paulo's Trattoria, Italian fare and wood fired thin crust pizza, Dinkels, (next door) for formal dining, receptions and group luncheons. Sidewalk patio and  private courtyard options. Courteous staff and good food.

My mom,  daughter and I are went there for dinner this evening and we had a great time.  We had a wonderful seat beside the fireplace, we had great service and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be returning. It was a great night all around.

Delicious Greek salad! Wonderful pizza in a welcoming setting.

Not such a good experience.  Husband was served and finished meal before I received my burnt pizza.
