Worst store in Powhatan. Always filthy, out if gas or other more simple products. Staff member Ali is rude and sarcastic and lazy. Have heard from several employees that the freezers are inadequate for keeping meats and seafood frozen. Have personally heard him try and convince the employees that cooking and selling bad seafood would be ok. Was there the other morning and heard an argument between Ali and a customer I've seen in there every morning for years. Customer was approached by Ali and when asked, explained that Ali that the creamer was expired. He had made his coffee with it and when he tasted it realized it was bad. Ali laughed and told the customer he didn't know what he was talking about and continued to be rude to the customer. The customer had served this country for years, but I'm sure not so he could come home and have this guy act like a jackass to him for no reason. So the customer finally spoke up and Ali continued yelling and insulting the customer. After he left, I went and tasted the creamer in my coffee and he was absolutely correct. I almost vomited when I sipped it, but Ali was still content to leave it there for someone to become sick off of. This is only a few issues I and many other residents of Powhatan take with this store. I know many past customers who will not go to dinwiddies anymore period. Mostly because of how disgusting it is. That, and hearing someone heckle a customer, that was right, trying to be nice, from someone who can hardly speak or understand English or common social skill required to operate a store in the U.S.A. is why I won't be returning to this store either. That customer fought for this store managers rights to live and work in this country, not to be a rude idiot. I've never seen anything like that before. He certainly handled it much better then I would. And I also served. Avoid this store at all costs.
