The showroom is way out of the normal "shopping" areas since it is located within the manufacturer premises. They carry almost everything they sell online in the showroom. They are open during working hours M-F only.  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Worth the drive.

Very easy shopping, the email support was fantastic they even helped me find fog lights for my car and gave me the option for HIDS or LEDS, shipping for my low beam lights came in just a few days. The install was painless and quick. Took me a bit longer cause I had to find the tools :p other then that it was plug and play. Thanks diode dynamics my lights work perfectly fine.

Can not say enough good things about this place.

Employees are amazing and will walk you thru facility.  Very proud about product made in the USA with highest of quality.  Customer service is always fast and always have a resolution in less then a day.  No hassle, just great people doing an amazing job.

Have had the products on my car for 3 years and it's top class.  Changed every bulb to DiodeDynamics and have not regretted it.  Amazing quality, amazing engineering, and just love it all.

The support from their products are not worth the higher premium price tag that you pay for.  Extremely dissatisfied with the support I have experienced and what other people go with. Recommend looking into other products.
